When will my order be shipped?

For urgent orders, we are there to help you, email us and we will gladly make an extra effort.

Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours, during business days. It usually takes between 2 and 3 business days for deliveries within Belgium and between 5 and 7 business days to other destinations in Europe. International delivery times vary depending on the country of destination.

Custom duties and fees vary by country and may cause a delay on the delivery time. All custom duties and fees are at the customer’s expense. We cannot be held responsible for extra costs and / or delays.

When will my order be delivered?

Delivery statusOrders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and public holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by email as quick as possible. The latest 30 days after the order was placed.

Can I track my package?

You will always receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, so you can easily trace it at all times. Depending on the country of destination, and the delivery services we work with.

How much are the shipping costs?

If you are placing a larger order, please email us first and we will calculate the most economical shipping cost for you. Book vouchers are sent free of charge.

Customs duties and fees vary by country and may cause a delay on delivery time. We cannot be held responsible for additional costs and/or delays.

For all customers outside the EU:Customs, taxes, duties and collection fees may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by us, nor are they included in the order total.

How much is the cost for international shipments?

The price for international shipments varies between €10 and €40 depending on the location it needs to be shipped to. To find out the exact price, please fill in the country of your choice while going through checkout and our web shop will automatically calculate the right shipping fee.

Can I get a purchase invoice?

Sure, when filling in your details on the store page you can optionally enter company name + VAT number. There will be an invoice with your delivery.

Prices are shown in € (EURO). Prices do not include service, payment and delivery charges. Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense. 

Orders

Packages are shipped twice a week: on Monday and Wednesday. For urgent orders, we are there to help you, email us and we will gladly make an extra effort. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. To follow the goods, you can track your order with the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation, which you get by e-mail as soon as we dispatch your order.

For Belgium, a delivery period is provided between 2 and 3 working days after the pickup date. For foreign countries a delivery time is provided between 5 and 7 working days after the pickup date, depending on the distance from the addressee. Some delays may occur during sales, very busy periods, public holidays and severe weather conditions.
